BLUEPRINT The next step in building a new home is designing your house plan. If you have sketched the home of your dreams on a napkin or selected components from several different plans from a design book, we will meet with you and a talented architect to draft and finalize a plan. We will ask you questions about your way of life, plans for your future, and family dynamics to insure your new home is not only stunning, but also livable, energy efficient, and unique to you.
SPECIFICATIONS Your specifications… welcome to the experience of building a home that is distinctly yours. Would you like extraordinary stone shipped from the Rocky Mountains, or carpet that is soft enough to sleep on? Before we ever move any dirt, I will know everything you want in your home and you will know the value.
